Growing up and playing sports sparked Kyle’s lifelong passion for movement and athletic performance. In college, that passion evolved into a love for weightlifting and fitness, leading him to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. During his studies, he gained hands-on experience with personal training faculty members, designing strength programs for adults with autism, leading group fitness classes, and using advanced research equipment to track fitness progress – from everyday gym-goers to even a professional athlete. These experiences deepened his commitment to helping others reach their full potential through science-based training and a balanced approach to health and performance. While in college, Kyle experienced a serious back injury that ultimately required surgery. That challenge became a turning point pushing him to expand his understanding of how to move and perform without pain. Through the recovery process, he discovered the importance of smart, sustainable training and injury prevention. Several years later, this led him to pursue the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Training Methodology and join the P3 Training Team, reigniting his desire for helping others of all ages train safely, perform at their best, and build Strength For Life. Kyle is ready to help you work toward your Health and Fitness goals!

Samantha Zeleznik
Samantha is a retired high school soccer and track athlete who discovered her love for weightlifting in college after being forced to navigate the newfound freedom of life after organized sports. Her fitness journey deepened following a series of shoulder dislocations and a labrum repair surgery, an experience that tested her patience, strengthened her ability to adapt and reshaped her approach to training. After setting a goal to complete just one pull-up post-surgery and achieving it, Samantha found her passion: helping others build both mental and physical strength through consistent, intentional movement. She believes that strength and pain don’t have to go hand-in-hand – and that discipline, done with purpose, can transform confidence far beyond the gym. Sam is ready to work with you to help you feel, look, and perform at your very best!
