How to move from surviving to thriving during the Holidays

Around this time of year, it’s easy to succumb to the idea of simply “surviving” the holidays

You may even hear and read about this: How to survive holiday parties, family gatherings and a busy season filled with events and festivities.

These survival guides are usually aimed at what you should eat and drink over the holiday season.

Things that most of us already know.

That is certainly one approach, but it’s far from optimal…

Surviving? I’m not interested in simply surviving. I am still here on this earth for far more than mere survival.

What if we flipped the script?

Instead of surviving the Holidays, what if we Thrived through the holidays?

Thrive by eating Delicious and Nutritious food that makes you feel full and warm.

Thrive by Moving your Body during workouts powered by that great food.

Thrive through a long afternoon nap when our bodies see that we’re actually allowing ourselves to rest and recover.

What if we let the things we love to do – being with friends and family, eating well, moving intentionally, and resting at the right times – take us through this holiday season?

Simple and Sustainable Habits created through living a Healthy Lifestyle will carry you through any holiday season.
