What does each component of the challenge require?
Each of the Core Four Habits are designed to challenge one particular area of your Health and Fitness

  1. Nutrition: Eat 1 Fruit or Vegetable with each meal. This includes snacks that are eaten throughout the day. A minimum of 3 servings of Fruits/Vegetables each day are required for you to check the box for the day as a baseline minimum.
  2. Exercise: Perform 60 minutes of Movement daily. This can be completed all at once or broken up throughout the day (via the concept of “chunking”). As long as you total 60 minutes of Movement each day, you are able to check the box for the day. We provide both a Home-Workout Program option delivered via TrueCoach App that only requires bodyweight and bands and also a full commercial gym program option.
  3. Recovery: Rest a Total of 8 hours daily. This can also be completed all at once or broken up throughout the day (via the concept of “chunking”). For instance, if you only sleep for 7 hours, but take two 30 minute periods during the day where you are resting (this requires eliminating using any screen use and eyes closed while laying down if possible) focused on your recovery you can check the box for the day.
  4. Mindset: Journal 5 minutes every Morning & Evening. Each day you will complete 5 Morning and 5 Evening Questions (the same prompts will be provided and used for the full 30 days) that will take around 1 minute each to answer. After completing all 5 prompts for the morning and evening you can check the box for the day.

Can I join the challenge after it has already started?

No. All participants are required to be registered for the challenge before November 1st, 2025 to participate. There will be no exceptions so be sure to get signed up before the challenge begins!
