Today we're going to talk about something a little different.
Instead of focusing on all of the things you can do to achieve your goals, we're going to focus on exactly what NOT to do.
The optimal way to stay right where you are, and over time, actually move futher away from your goals.
I have the perfect plan, just for you.
Here it is...
You’ve probably been thinking about getting healthier, losing weight, and feeling more energized. But let’s be real - why start today when you can just start tomorrow? In fact, if you follow these simple steps, you’ll ensure that your health and fitness goals remain nothing more than a distant dream.
Life is busy, and there’s never a perfect time to start. So why not wait until:
✔️ Monday?
✔️ Next month?
✔️ The new year?
✔️ When you have more time?
The truth is, there will always be an excuse.
The people who see results?
They start anyway.
Before you even step foot in a gym, spend weeks researching the "best workout plan," the "perfect diet," and the "optimal time to train."
Spoiler alert: overthinking leads to zero progress.
Instead of taking action, you'll get stuck in analysis paralysis.
And I have Been There, Done That.
Not Recommended.
Waiting until you "feel motivated" is a foolproof way to never get started.
Motivation is fleeting. Discipline is what gets you results.
The easiest way to create discipline is to create a system that you can rely on that will allow you to seamlessly integrate Healthy Habits like regular exercise, fueling your body, managing stress, and recovering well into you daily routine.
The people who see real change don’t always feel like working out or eating healthy—but they do it anyway.
Work is busy. Family obligations pile up. Netflix has a new series out. Before you know it, another day has passed and you tell yourself, "I’ll just start tomorrow."
But here's the thing—your health determines how well you show up in every other part of your life.
Ignore it long enough, and it will demand your attention in ways you won’t like.
Start a new workout program, eat a couple of salads, and look in the mirror obsessively, criticizing the areas of your body that you are not happy with.
No six-pack yet? Clearly, fitness doesn’t work!
Give up immediately and go back to old habits.
Imagine if you approached other areas of your life with this type of mindset.
Starting a new job, learning a new language, entering your first year of college.
All of these areas in life take a COMMITMENT to a PROCESS that takes TIME.
Your Health and Fitness is no different.
If you’re tired of feeling sluggish, unhappy, or out of shape, stop waiting for the right moment. You don’t need motivation. You need action.
Small steps, done consistently, create massive change. So instead of saying, “I’ll start tomorrow,” do one small thing today that moves you forward.
✔️ Take a 10-minute walk.
✔️ Drink more water.
✔️ Prep a healthy meal.
✔️ Do a quick bodyweight workout from home.
Because the truth is - Tomorrow is the day after today you talked about yesterday. Let that sink in...
Tomorrow is a fantasy land. A world full of unfulfilled promises, wishful thinking, and shattered hopes and dreams.
So let's get real for a minute.
Are you in?
Are you ready to make a real, lasting change by committing to the process and prioritizing your health and fitness?
Or are you waiting for another Monday?
You can do this. All you have to do is commit to the process, and that starts by taking action TODAY!
