Corey created P3 Training from his passion for training that developed from his youth, leading him to complete his college degrees in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning.
Corey will help you identify your true goals, design an exercise program that is customized to your specific wants and needs, and walk you through the process step-by-step.  His holistic approach to health and fitness extends well beyond your training session and he will help you create a lifestyle of living your best life.
Corey has a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Findlay, and holds certifications in both the Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC) and Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS) courses. 
As a lifelong student, Corey does everything he can to provide the highest quality training to his clients by constantly learning and refining his training to produce the best results possible.

Tara kissel

p3 Training Pre & Post Natal COach

Along with pre & postpartum training, she handles the administrative behind-the-scenes things for P3 Training. Her journey with health during and after pregnancy started after her second little one, when she realized her body just wasn't repairing like it did after her first baby. She  went on a deep dive into pelvic floor and core health and she has discovered that without the foundation of a strong pelvic floor, the rest of the body will overcompensate. Building that strong foundation starts one breath at a time and she is thrilled to be able to offer this service to empower women!

Matt Enderbury

p3 Training Coach

Matt Enderbury is our own jack of all trades at P3 Training with current special interest in body mechanics from a chiropractic vantage. He has dabbled in multiple fields of collegiate study and maintains status as an avid athlete with well-rounded coaching experience. Matt identifies as a Christian, husband, and father whose current mission is thriving in action as he consistently engages and inspires others to achieve functional fitness and holistic health. He has a passion aimed at longevity of sustaining a pain free lifestyle while helping others reach their goals. 

Matt is certified as a Pain Free Performance Specialist (PPSC) and in performing CPR (AED).  He continues to pursue open-ended education, absorbing all the information he can to help others live life well, without need for chemical medication or surgery. He is excited to help people level up to unlock the best version of themselves!

DaNetra Smith

p3 Training Coach

DaNetra started her fitness journey by receiving her certification and began teaching TRX classes in 2014. Over the years, she has continued teaching various exercise classes and teaching personal training. Her certifications range from being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor, SilverSneakers Instructor, TRX, and Precision Nutrition. She added her certification in PPSC Fall of 2023. Her classes and training sessions are energetic and motivating, so members feel comfortable and enjoy each training session.

When she is not at the gym, she is taking care of her 3 kids and volunteering her time with their 4-H group. Recently, she started back to school to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. DaNetra finds joy in leading clients through various exercises and goals to enhance the longevity of their life. With years of fitness experience, her hope is to also motivate patients and educate them on gaining strength and guidance through therapy to physically feel better.

Sara Boutwell

p3 Training Coach

Staying active has always been a part of Sara’s life. High school track was where she fell in love with weight lifting and being physically fit. Over the years she has continued with her fitness journey by teaching a variety of group classes and she specializes in TRX. Sara loves to encourage her students to push themselves to reach that next level! One of her favorite verses she stands by is from Colossians 3:23 which reads… “Whatever you do work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord.”
Sara truly loves what she does but most importantly she gives God all the glory. She is thankful and blessed that she can share her love of fitness with others!
Sara is certified in group fitness, TRX, CPR, and First Aid.
